Refund Policy

At Designer Drapery and Linens, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process. Please review our policy below:

*Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- It must be in the original packaging.

- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are ineligible for return:

- Items not in their original condition, or those that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons outside of our control.

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

*Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

*Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account for the credit.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may cause delays.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

*Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

*Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at designerdraperyandlinen@gmail.com and send your item to:

*Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

*Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returns valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
